Job Summary

INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking a highly skilled Inspection and Packaging Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for performing continuous inspection to identify and remove critical, major, and minor defects from finished product according to standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow production and manufacturing procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Inspect filled product containers for cosmetic, particle, and integrity defects.
  • Assist in writing and implementing area process documents.
  • Operate equipment in compliance with SOPs and assure compliance with cGMP requirements.
  • Perform label and packaging activities for finished product and complete associated production records.
  • Train new inspectors in accordance with inspector certification procedures.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure production facility coverage.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required, minimum 1 year of GMP pharmaceutical experience in drug product inspection and/or packaging.
  • Must pass health and visual check and eye inspections annually for visual acuity and color blindness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good math and documentation skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and learn and adapt to innovative ideas.
  • Good observation skills and initiative-taking and collaborative abilities.
  • Effective organization skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
