We are seeking experienced mental health professionals to join our team as Licensed Care Professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of geriatric care and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality mental health services to residents in long-term care facilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Promote patient well-being and quality of life through psychotherapy and counseling
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Hold a relevant professional license (LISW/LPC/LMFT/Psychologist)
  • Demonstrate experience working with geriatric populations
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
