Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to transport merchandise between Hibbett or City Gear locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, 3 years of driving experience, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to delivery schedules and complete shipment logs at every location
- Load, secure, and protect product in delivery vehicle and safely transport merchandise
- Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets and offload merchandise in a secure and safe manner
- Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition of vehicle
- Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures
- Valid driver's license
- 3 years of driving experience
- Positive customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Proficient in applicable technology such as GPS and Time Clocks
- Must pass a background check and be insurable through Hibbett's insurance vendor
The Hub Driver will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel between locations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
