Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant

At Jackson Therapy Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills. As a Travel Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, helping them to develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for everyday life.

Responsibilities:
  • Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Minimum of an associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings and adapt to changing situations
