Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- One year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the ICU
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Advanced certification in a relevant specialty, if applicable
