Job Summary

A highly skilled Tooling Manager is sought to lead the tooling team at Search Masters, Inc. in Northeast Ohio.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position to manage all aspects of injection molding tooling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic injection molding and be electrically/mechanically inclined.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tooling, molds, and ensure they are reliable and ready for use.
  • Work with engineering to identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
  • Lead a team of mold techs, tooling/process repair professionals, and work together to troubleshoot issues and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position out of tooling.
  • Plastic injection molding background.
  • Electrically/mechanically inclined.
