Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Archaeological Field Technician - CRT Specialist to join our team at Johnson, Mirmiran, and Thompson Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with service and repair requests, obtaining demographics and entering accurate data in the order processing system.
  • Verify insurance and funding eligibility, communicate financial responsibility to customers, and obtain prescriptions and medical documentation.
  • Enter orders into the order processing system, ensuring timely completion and warranty documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner, working with staff to increase customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
  • Meet productivity and performance standards, staying up-to-date on funding requirements and technological advances.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operation manuals, and procedure manuals.
  • Knowledge of common software, including word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and email.
  • Ability to apply common sense and training to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
