About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team at InPwr Inc., a dynamic electrical design-build firm with offices across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing electrical projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of project information, including job descriptions, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers for electrical materials and equipment.
  • Create and maintain project teams, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
  • Support project managers with official field forms and closing punch lists.
  • Provide general assistance to project managers as directed.
  • Special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting preferably in the construction industry.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000. Working Environment:

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
