We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being.

Job Summary:

As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, and physical therapy exercises.
  • Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare team members, and management.
Requirements:
  • Valid CNA/STNA certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiving role.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, along with a valid driver's license and car insurance.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
  • Weekly payment.
