Job Summary

Agil3 Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to support the Navy's second largest KMI Tier II account. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the secure receipt, transfer, and maintenance of Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI), Secure Terminal Equipment (STE), and Secure Communications Interoperable Protocol (SCIP) equipment and associated keying material.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform security administrative tasks, including practical knowledge of security objectives, requirements, and processes in support of established DoD and DON security programs.
  • Provide end-user KMI support and perform general administrative duties with minimal guidance.
  • Assist with the receipt, transfer, physical security, issue, inventory, preventive maintenance, and destruction of CCI, STE, and SCIP equipment and associated keying material.
  • Maintain computer databases for various cryptographic equipment and KMI account administrative documents.
  • Sort, arrange, and file KMI records and files; train local element command KMI custodians in NCTSSD KMI policy and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Clearance: Must have a Top Secret Clearance.
  • Must possess and maintain a security certification (Security+) in accordance with DoD Directive.
  • Working Knowledge and experience of COMSEC NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable DoD directives.
  • 3 or more years in KMI (or related field) of corporate or DoD/government work experience.
  • Must be able to work independently and possess analytical processing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of DoD and Armed Forces organizational structure, ranks, and customs/courtesies.
