    • Ensuring results meet partner expectations through diligent project performance management.

  • Financial Accountability: Ensure adherence to project capital budgets by making informed financial decisions, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and accurately forecasting expenses.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with at least ten years of diverse project experience in the energy sector, or a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical or business-related field with a minimum of twelve years of relevant experience.
  • Proven project management experience from inception to completion.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, planning, and leadership abilities.
  • A collaborative and service-oriented approach to teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have a solid understanding of:
  • Pipeline and sub-sea structures engineering.
  • Construction management and industry standards.
  • Complex design and commissioning processes.

Work Environment:
  • Office-based role with frequent travel to various field locations.
  • Flexibility in work hours and the option for hybrid work arrangements.
  • Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Includes the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, reaching, and visual requirements necessary for effective job performance.
