Production Assembler

  • Stock Management:
    • Properly organize and store goods and raw materials.

  • Equipment Maintenance:
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces.
    • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Production Assembler.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in using power tools and machinery.
    • Ability to read and interpret instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
    • Physical endurance and strength.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

The ideal Production Assembler is meticulous, safety-oriented, and takes pride in their craftsmanship. This position is crucial for ensuring that manufacturing operations run efficiently, thereby supporting the success of power electronics production.

Compensation:

  • $19/hour+ based on experience
  • Additionally, a $250 Hiring Bonus after 90 days
