We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform all work-related tasks using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and follow the Food Safety and Food Quality requirements of the SQF program.
- Communicate and troubleshoot any issues that arise to the production supervisor or team lead.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company rules, regulations, and core values.
- Report all safety issues and incidents to your supervisor immediately.
- Understand the role of the SQF Practitioner in ensuring that food safety decisions are made using a risk-based approach.
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day.
- Competitive hourly rate of $22.42.
- Supplemental pay program for working second, third, and weekend shifts.
