We are seeking a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in an outpatient setting, serving Adult and Geriatric patients. Our organization is a well-established private non-profit group with over 75 years of experience providing mental healthcare to Maryland residents.

We employ over 550 people across four locations and work with various populations in inpatient, outpatient, IOP, and other settings. Our treatment team includes board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, licensed social workers, and licensed professional counselors. These professionals are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their emotional and behavioral well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will need two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in mental health prescribing. This position comes with a highly competitive base salary, plus call pay, excellent benefits, CME monies, and 5 days off for education, over 29 days of vacation, and 5 sick days per year. Additionally, we offer a healthy sign-on bonus and full company-provided relocation assistance.

The Job

This is a daytime position offering a Monday-Friday or 4-10's schedule working in our outpatient child and adolescent program, with call every sixth weekend rounding on the inpatient unit.
