Assemblage Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at the Electric Machinery Company, a division of WEG Electric. This role is based in Minneapolis, MN.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, with opportunities for overtime and shift differential pay.

• Assemble and fabricate electrical machinery, including motors, generators, and drives.
• Lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds, and ascend/descend ladders and stairs.
• Operate overhead and jib cranes, forklifts, and other machinery as required.
• Clean and maintain work areas, adhering to ISO 9001 Quality Standards and OSHA regulations.

• High school degree or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to effectively communicate with colleagues.
• Ability to work in small teams and assemble products under tight deadlines.
