About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate in our Amusement Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a fun and engaging environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to determine their needs and preferences, providing personalized service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Game Maintenance: Maintain inventory levels and ensure that games and counters are clean and visually appealing to customers.
  • Communication: Respond promptly and politely to customer requests, answering phone calls and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Associate, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity. You will be required to stand and walk for extended periods, use your hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, and lift and move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
