About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Termite Control Specialist to join our team at Terminix. As a key front-line role, this position is responsible for providing outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify job specifications for each work order to ensure accurate treatment.
  • Prepare job sites for treatment, adhering to safety procedures and label instructions.
  • Apply anti-termiticide treatments to structures according to schedule and safety protocols.
  • Interact with customers to explain services provided and address any concerns.
  • Complete production forms documenting services provided.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; prior industry experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to present information effectively to customers.
  • Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces.
