Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in critical care to join our Intensive Care Unit team. In this role, you'll provide direct patient care, assess patients' conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher degree
  • A current RN license in the state of North Carolina
  • At least one year of experience in critical care
