We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page, a leading construction firm with over 40 years of experience serving Healthcare, Commercial, and Government clients.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site project activities, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality work in occupied healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and client expectations.
  • Identify and address potential challenges, ensuring project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, promoting a positive image of our construction firm.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing field operations in occupied healthcare environments. Additional experience in government or commercial interiors is a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve project goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and team members.
