Expo/Food Runner

Eno's Pizza Tavern is seeking a skilled Expo/Food Runner to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
• Verify that food meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and guest modifications.
• Ensure plates are served at the correct temperature and garnished correctly.
• Manage course timing and account for every item on the ticket.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo window.
• Properly care for equipment and utensils.
• Keep your kitchen work area organized and follow food rotation procedures.
• Collaborate with servers and bartenders to accommodate special guest requests.
• Confirm correct plates for each front-of-house member.
• Ensure accurate order entry in our point of sale system.
• Take ownership of and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Leave the establishment clean and food-free at closing.

• At least one year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and remain active for long periods.
