Insurance Sales Representative

**About the Role**
Kurt Mamon - State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed. You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Additionally, you will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
About the Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission/bonus. The salary range may vary based on location and experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Provide Insurance Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Meet Marketing Goals: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing leads and scheduling appointments.
- Develop Leads: Identify potential customers and develop leads to increase sales and revenue.
- Maintain a Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a total commitment to success every day, maintaining a high level of energy and motivation.
Requirements
- Sales & Service Experience: Preferred candidates will have sales and service experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing roles.
- Goal-Oriented: Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas is preferred.
- Customer-Focused: Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews to identify solutions.
- Licensing: Must have a Property and Casualty license and be able to attain a Life and Health license.
