Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for assembling products and sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and tools to complete assigned tasks.
  • Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
  • Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.
  • Display the ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs) in English.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Assembly manufacturing environment.
  • Prior Mechanical Assembly experience in a production line.
  • Ability to assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
  • Ability to properly use manufacturing equipment.
  • Availability for OT and weekend work as required, in addition to minimum 40 hours per week.
