About the Role
The Secure Messenger and Driver role at Rapid Armored Corp is a critical part of our operations. As a Secure Messenger and Driver, you will be responsible for transporting valuable items while maintaining the highest level of security and discretion. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading the vehicle, completing and updating delivery documentation, ensuring overall cleanliness of the vehicle interior, cross-training, and performing other assigned duties. You must also be able to maintain radio communication with the branch and dispatch, follow company safety policies and procedures, and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Requirements
You must have at least 21 years of age, a valid state driver's license, a minimum of three years of driving experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to carry and use a firearm on duty. Additionally, you must be able to obtain and carry a valid city/county permit for a handgun and complete the 47-hour armed guard course certificate/training sponsored by the company (NYC Employees only).
