In this role, you will work closely with senior lawyers to advise clients on the formation of private investment funds, separate accounts, and other investment vehicles.

You will also have the opportunity to work on joint ventures and merger and acquisition transactions for public and private companies.

To excel in this position, you should have:

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
