Westrock is seeking a skilled MultiCraft Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of our equipment and prevent costly repairs.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity.

• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
