We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Suncrest Hospice. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and services to our patients and their families, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and providing expertise in psych-social assessments, interventions, and community resources. Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and services in a variety of settings, including private homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.
  • Conduct psych-social assessments, develop interventions, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers.
  • Work closely with patients and families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage multiple priorities, including visits, documentation, and meetings, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to learn and utilize electronic medical records systems.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
