About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Change Incorporated in Norwich. In this role, you will work directly with clients to provide individualized support and assistance with daily living tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care, household chores, and meal preparation
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
  • Supporting clients with medication management and adhering to treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a care or support role
  • Diploma or certificate in health and social care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
