Job Title: Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Kubat HealthCare. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners, providing accurate and timely service to patients.
  • Provide information and advice to patients regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
  • Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy, suitability, and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient profiles, charge system files, inventories, and control records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of drugs and drug regimens.
  • Analyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree.
  • Pharmacist license in good standing in the current state of employment.
  • Active Immunization Certification through an accredited organization.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting.
