Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

As a Rehabilitation Therapist with Continuum Therapy Partners, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program and hold a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
