Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Outten Motors, LLC in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact between customers and our auto technicians, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ascertain automotive problems and services by listening to customer descriptions or reviewing vehicle maintenance records
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage
  • Develop accurate estimates considering materials, supplies, labor, and deductibles
  • Prepare clear and concise repair orders and input them into our system
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by providing timely and accurate information, addressing concerns, and coordinating necessary arrangements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments through ongoing education and training

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership setting
  • Strong understanding of vehicles and willingness to expand knowledge
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
