We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As a School-Based SLPA, you will work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in assessments and implement therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Facilitate group sessions and document progress.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to support students' communication skills and academic success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of speech and language development in children.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
