We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our residential programs team. As a key member of our treatment teams, you will provide medical oversight, guidance, and consultation to employees who support individuals with complex needs. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
Responsibilities- Provide training and consultation to programs on medical issues, procedures, and techniques.
- Assess and provide individualized education related to health and disease processes.
- Review clinical records to ensure adequate services and supports are provided.
- Oversee the Medication Administration Program and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Registered Nurse licensed in Massachusetts.
- Experience with adults with disabilities preferred.
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and verbal communication skills required.
- Valid driver's license required.
