Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with therapy exercises under the direction of a Registered Therapist.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Offer companionship and stimulation through activities such as reading, walks, and accompanying clients to appointments.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the Agency Director or Service Coordinator.
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training.
- At least two years of home care experience is required.
- Satisfactory background check and valid driver's license.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desire to compassionately care for others.
- Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized.
