About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Ambercare. As a Home Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes, providing quality care and improving their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with therapy exercises under the direction of a Registered Therapist.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Offer companionship and stimulation through activities such as reading, walks, and accompanying clients to appointments.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the Agency Director or Service Coordinator.
Requirements
  • Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training.
  • At least two years of home care experience is required.
  • Satisfactory background check and valid driver's license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to compassionately care for others.
  • Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized.
