About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Wildlife Specialist to join our team at RNA Rentokil North America. As a Wildlife Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of services to address pest control needs and challenges for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers, including inspections, trapping, baiting, and light carpentry work.
- Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and make recommendations on solutions to remedy the problem.
- Build internal and external relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months related construction experience.
- Ability to set live traps.
- Previous ladder and/or harness work experience.
- Good understanding of different construction types.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Organized and punctual.
- Ability to lead others.
- Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record search.
- Successfully meet pre-employment background screen.
