Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our ambulatory clinic operations at WelbeHealth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing clinic staff, and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations, including workflow management and staff supervision.
  • Staff Development: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning among clinic staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Quality Improvement: Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and clinic operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical staff, case managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and develop corrective action plans as needed to ensure high-quality patient care and clinic operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in an ambulatory care setting, with a focus on nursing operations and staff management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to analyze data, develop and implement strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
