We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Barista to join our team at Ralphs. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and clean environment for our customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers
• Prepare and serve beverages to company standards and customer requests
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee shop and surrounding areas
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve company goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
• Practice preventive maintenance and report any equipment issues to management

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
