Job Overview

Martinrea International Inc. is a leading global automotive supplier seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of mechanical aptitude and perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and repairs on equipment, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and purchasing managers to source necessary parts and materials.
  • Ensure all paperwork and logs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Adhere to machine safety guidelines and follow lockout/tagout procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company housekeeping standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers.
Requirements
  • COQ Industrial Millwright certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical and electrical procedures.
  • Knowledge of machine rigging procedures, machining, and welding.
  • Ability to read drawings, blueprints, specifications, and manuals.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
