Requirements
To be successful as a Clinical Care Partner, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a high school diploma and one of the following: completion of a Certified Nurse Assistant course, completion of a Medical Assistant course or comparable healthcare provider program with coursework in patient assessment/vital signs, growth, and development, or completion of the first clinical semester in an accredited nursing program. Experience with inpatient psychiatry or partial hospital psychiatric treatment is preferred, as well as pediatric experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also be required to complete BLS and CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training within 60 days of hire date.
