Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing maintenance requests, performing routine maintenance tasks, and assisting with emergency repairs. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, waste removal, heat and air-conditioning repair, masonry, grounds keeping, landscaping, and sewer maintenance
  • Assisting with emergency repairs, such as burst pipes, electrical outages, and appliance failures
  • Working together with contractors and other employees to ensure seamless operations
  • Participating in a comprehensive preventative maintenance program under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor
