As a key member of our Division of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and families from diverse backgrounds, providing comprehensive care and support.

About the Role

This position offers a unique blend of clinical practice, research, and education. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide high-quality care to patients with complex medical and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children and adolescents with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of pediatric psychology.
  • Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows in pediatric psychology and related fields.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in child clinical psychology/pediatric psychology/counseling, including completion of an internship in an APA/CPA-accredited child psychology/pediatric psychology program.
  • Eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
  • Completion of a formal fellowship/postdoctoral program in pediatric psychology.
  • Board certification through the American Board of Professional Psychology within 5 years of hire.
