Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Cleaning Specialist to join our team at FOUR ROOTS. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Estimated Salary Range

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes and unloading clean dishes
  • Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
  • Sweeping and mopping floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Maintaining accurate records of cleaning supplies and reporting any discrepancies to management
  • Participating in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and goals
Requirements
  • A hard worker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures
