Maintenance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, and reliability initiatives within our manufacturing plant. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain the plant's Lockout Tagout program
• Own and drive accountability for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other plant metrics
• Use data to evaluate and improve maintenance technical processes and plant leadership procedures
• Ensure and monitor maintenance efficiency, and plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet performance standards
• Collaborate with other managers and supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments
• Oversee the review of invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments
• Support the creation and execution of the Annual Capital Plan, and ownership for site parts inventories, parts management, and technical relationships with vendors

• Bachelor's degree required, with a degree in Engineering strongly preferred
• 3+ years in a reliability and/or maintenance leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage processing industry
• Knowledge of advanced principles in plant operations, and demonstrated experience leading and developing teams and individuals
• Ability to work within an integrated operating enterprise, and manage team members in executing complex programs
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, and experience with MRO best practices
