Clinical Supervisor Job Description

**Overview**

Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our patients and their families.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for our hospice patients in a safe and cost-effective manner.

* Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.

* Help orient new employees and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

* Collaborate with the care team to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care.

**Requirements**

* Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).

* Current state license as a registered nurse.

* 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).

* Reliable transportation.

* Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
