Position Summary:
Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is in search of a seasoned Vice President of Finance to lead the financial operations and strategic planning of our healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide the finance team in their professional development and performance management.
- Oversee all financial reporting, including budget preparation and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with payors, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices through regular audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial management within a healthcare setting, particularly in critical access hospitals.
- Proven track record of leadership in financial operations and strategic planning.

Working Conditions:
