Position Summary:
Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is in search of a seasoned Vice President of Finance to lead the financial operations and strategic planning of our healthcare facility. The VP of Finance will be responsible for the effective management of financial resources, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide the finance team in their professional development and performance management.
- Oversee all financial reporting, including budget preparation and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
- Manage cash flow and financial forecasting to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with payors, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices through regular audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial management within a healthcare setting, particularly in critical access hospitals.
- Proven track record of leadership in financial operations and strategic planning.
