About the Job:
Aerotek is seeking a skilled General Laborer to join their team in the Pawcatuck area. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the daily production of steel coil products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with stacking coils on skids coming off the packaging line
* Band coils to skids and process shipping tags
* Scan and locate finished goods into staging locations
* Enter data in the system
* Move ready product into/out of trucks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field
* Forklift experience is preferred but not required
* Ability/willingness to cross-train
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to move around on your feet throughout the day
