Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) supports key bank or merchant partners and internal business units by leveraging our rich data set to drive tangible, impactful, and financial results. As a Senior Manager, VCA Data Stewardship, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our partners by navigating complex compliance landscapes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with VCA members in the EU/CEMEA/AP regions to navigate ambiguous policy situations.
  • Creatively problem solve to provide value to clients in a compliant manner.
  • Quickly build a command of the various privacy and confidentiality policies governing how VCA shares data-driven insights with partners.
  • Connect policies to common data analytics performed by VCA and develop compliance checklists and toolkits.
  • Respond to nuanced policy inquiries in a timely and professional manner, identify potential risks, suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Develop process for managing and tracking inquiries and connecting data use tickets to project tracking tools.

**Requirements**

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 set days a week in the office, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
