About the Role:

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Clinical Perfusionist to join our established heart program in Naples, FL. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our program.

Responsibilities:

  1. Adapt to a challenging clinical environment and provide evidence-based medicine.
  2. Develop and maintain strong communication and troubleshooting skills to ensure seamless collaboration with our team of fast and talented surgeons.
  3. Participate in clinical decisions and contribute to the development of our new structural heart program (LVAD/ECMO).
  4. Collaborate with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to the growth and success of our program.
  5. Relocate to Naples, FL or the immediate surrounding area to join our team.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000+ per year, with possible bonus opportunities increasing W2 wage to near or over $200,000+.
