Key Responsibilities
- Maintain order and discipline within correctional facilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- At least two years of full-time experience in corrections or law enforcement
- Successful completion of the Sergeants Training Academy in Huntsville

- Experience working in a correctional facility or similar environment
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to corrections
- Ability to communicate effectively with inmates and staff
