Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. This role involves operating CNC machinery and ensuring optimal production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup: Prepare and calibrate machines to initiate production cycles.
  • Settings Management: Adjust machine parameters such as speed for optimal performance.
  • Quality Inspection: Utilize precision measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure quality standards.
  • Operational Testing: Conduct periodic tests on machinery to verify functionality.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues during shifts.
  • Output Monitoring: Review production output to identify any machine-related errors or defects.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain logs of approved and defective units as well as overall production activities.
Essential Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a machine operator.
  • Familiarity with CNC operations is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards, including the use of protective equipment.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
