About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Long Prairie Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare operating rooms for a wide range of surgeries and procedures
  • Track inventory of surgical materials and tools to ensure patient safety
  • Work closely with physicians, CRNA's, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel to deliver quality patient care
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 64 hours every two weeks. The workweek is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with every third weekend on call. You will also be required to work rotating holidays.

Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
  • Surgical Technologist Certification preferred
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card

Please note that to be eligible for all recruitment incentives, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position.

Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Long Prairie Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.
